We had a great experience purchasing our home through Dylan. He was professional, approachable, and excellent to deal with throughout the process. As buyers, we really appreciated Dylan’s clear communication and practical guidance, especially his advice around how to approach the auction process. He helped us understand what to expect and made the experience feel much more manageable. It has also been a nice bonus to discover that Dylan is now our neighbour. We are very happy with our new home and grateful for his help in making the purchase process such a positive one. He was very familiar with the Pukekohe area, and was able to advise on detailed topics that first-time rural property owners would find very helpful.
