Jason did a fantastic job throughout the whole sales process from providing an accurate assessment of value, identifying the buyer profile, providing advice on the correct method of sale, and developing a customised marketing plan. He generated more buyer enquiry than we expected and diligently followed through with all potential buyers ultimately delivering several offers on our property. Jason unselfishly put our needs above his own by recommending the cleanest offer over another offer that was most likely to generate an additional listing for himself. Jason is knowledgeable, straightforward, hardworking and honest. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering selling in the mid north.
