My brother and I were selling mum's place after her passing and we looked at and talked to a number of agents including high profile lifestyle specialists. What stood out for us is both Victoria and Jo- Ann understood the market, provided direct advice and we thought were prepared to work for the sale - and boy they did! We both live a long way from Bombay, its a big house and there was 40 years of accumulated farm and engineering equipment stored about the property in sheds that needed disposal along with a lot of furniture. Both worked with us around organizing cleaning, dressing and organizing skips and local contractors to do a lot of the clearance. This was massive and way beyond what I've experienced with agents who are more transactional. Furthermore we received multiple offers so feel that we received a good price in what is a challenging sellers market.
