Professional, accommodating and amazingly quick with communication

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with these two agents, who worked together as a team throughout the purchase of our new home. From our very first viewing, which was arranged before the property even went on the market, right through to the final inspections and settlement, they were professional, approachable and incredibly responsive. Communication was excellent at every stage, and we always felt that our questions and concerns were listened to and dealt with promptly. On the occasions when they didn’t immediately have an answer to one of our questions, they went straight to the vendors to find out the information and came back to us very quickly. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. They were also extremely accommodating throughout the process and made what can be a stressful experience feel very straightforward and well managed. Their teamwork was seamless, and we always felt that we were dealing with two people who genuinely cared about making the process as smooth as possible for everyone involved.
