Her warm, friendly nature and the Lindt Chocolate Easter Bunny that she handed over had us sold on her. She had great tastes in how to dress our home to maximise the effects for photos. She was fine with changing open home times but was always happy and smiling to wait for the elusive buyer that finally arrived. She was very professional, has a great sense of humour and we both trusted her completely.

Kim also was keeping us up to date with appointments and worked hard to support the process. The photos were outstanding and presentation guidance was very helpful. Pat provided a good level of communication, however over the last 6 months I can say that there are very few agents claiming to 'knoweth market at the moment. Pat 's easygoing style suited me, she did not add any pressure during the due diligence and conditional phase which was great and she seemed to have really clicked with the vendor, offering insights to their thinking which was helpful.
