Claire is the consumate professional. In all my real estate dealings I have never before felt my property to be in such capable hands. Although she is a busy agent, well in advance of making the actual decision to go to market, she made herself available for discussions at times that worked for me. We spent many hours talking, with me asking numerous questions about market conditions, methods of sale, marketing options, etc. She understood my circumstances and was engaged and quietly worked through the process with me. She answered my many questions while I ummed and aahed about timing and at no point made me feel rushed into action. Once on the market, I was kept well informed at all times and everything was explained to me in very clear terms. Claire was very patient and empathetic in what was, at times, quite a big and an emotional process. She went above and beyond in regards to all of the things that she took care of on my behalf, right down sweeping paths in advance of open homes. Claire is extremely professional in her manner and all her dealings. She is honest, knowledgeable and acted at all times with integrity. The outcome was fantastic, at the close of tender Claire presented 5 offers and I was very, very pleased with the end result. She really is remarkably good at what she does. Her manner is very relaxed in dealing with such complex matters, she is also super relatable and easy to communicate with. I would recommend her unreservedly to anyone.
