There are moments in life when we need someone who truly understands, someone with empathy, compassion, and a genuine heart. Too often, people focus on doing a good job but forget the human side of things, the emotions and challenges faced by those on the other end of the phone. When my fiancée and I invited Holly from Bayley’s Real Estate to sell our house, we had just been through hell.
