Our property at 1/51 Andrew Road was on the market for around six months, and there were even a few months where hardly anyone came through the open homes. But Robin never gave up. He kept turning up, running the open homes, following up buyers and looking for every possible opportunity. Persistence gets results. Being this my first time selling a property I spoke with a number of different agents in the Franklin area. Ankush Bajaj was steps ahead of the rest. I could tell straight away he has done his homework.
