I couldn’t believe my luck the day my agent came to present a sales proposal for the sale of my Hillcrest property. With her was a young agent working with her. Little did I expect he was going to turn what had been a very difficult preparation of getting my house to market on its head. My house had been affected in the2023 floods and had all been remedied correctly so I was not concerned about that, it was all the questions that rightfully come from prospective purchasers that being closer to 80 than 70 I was feeling a little apprehensive about.
