Stephanie from the moment we meet, sold herself very well, and gave us an accurate appraisal (we had 3) From the moment she walked in to the house she had a buyer in mind (but she did not disclose this to us at that time) The house was sold b4 it went on the market, but still put up a for sale sign, which I asked her to remove. She did. She made an appointment, with the buyer, at a time that I told her that I could not attend, & she upset when I didn't arrive at the time wit h the keys. I also told her that we would be working on the property up to & including settlement day. I was at the property at 7am this morning, finishing off.. b4 hand over. Over all I felt that she had a buyer after the 1st inspection (& this sale was easy money for her)
