We were selling when away from the area and Andrea's excellent communication was appreciated to keep us up to date on progress. Market knowledge was good although we were unsure about the recommended method of selling. Although we had few people interested, Andrea obviously followed up thoroughly after open homes and negotiated a sale and landed a price we were comfortable with.
