Warrick was always very responsive and communicated well throughout using a group chat. We had a high expectation of price, which Warrick tempered from the outset. Ultimately, the sale price was near the upper end of Warrick's estimate, which was reached after approx. 1.5h of negotiations. Warrick's manner was relaxed, approachable, and professional throughout.
