I was quite nervous putting my house on the market having lived there, raising a family for 56 years. Also it seemed a daunting task being a widow of only 3 years. He was positive and enthusiastic and what I saw as mountains he broke down to do-able tasks. It all went along at a moderate pace, then before I knew it my house was ready for the market. Mark kept me informed when people were interested in our property which was pretty exciting as it happened so quickly. Then it was sold. My family and I are very happy we chose Mark to sell our house, I would recommend him to everyone.
