I have known Rovi Varma for more than five years. I truly appreciate his professional skill. He helped us sell our properties in South Auckland. Throughout the process, Rovi was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. We were particularly impressed by his negotiation skills when multiple offers came in, and his deep knowledge of local building codes. Rovi stated at our first meeting that he was my Agent. He worked solely for me. Fancy, it turned out to be true! He did all in his power to secure the sale of my property in a timely fashion and for the price settled between us in the beginning. He kept me up to date on prospective buyers. sent me reviews after showings. Helped me find tradesmen to carry out work required to satisfy one prospective buyer who finally did purchase the property. We have an electric gate on the property. Rovi went out of his way to provide access to the tradesmen and the lawn guy. Going over to the house early and opening the gates. The house is in South Auckland and I now live out West, so it saved me a long trip on many occasions. He didn't need to do this but was happy to oblige. I have heard from family and friends, not to take to heart everything your Agent tells you. I have to say that my Agent, Rovi did everything that he said he would do for me, always with a smile on his face. It is always hard to run a campaign for some one who is an agent themselves but Jo did a great job keeping us fully informed at all times. Jo and her team handled everything from getting the house ready for sale (a painter, a gardener and house wash) to running the open homes herself and insisting on being present when any other agent took their buyers through. In a tough market she was able to produce two cash buyers and several conditional buyers. We now have no where to live but couldn’t fault how Jo handled the sale of our home.

Sonia was amazing in every way. She knows the industry and the area very well, and guided me with the finer details of putting my house in the best position for sale. Sonia understood which areas were worth investing in (such as garden tidy, some landscaping and staging), taking great care with tiny details which she knew would make prospective buyers see themselves living there. She went the 'extra mile' and would do a quick rake of the leaves or wiping down entry gates as I was no longer living in the area. I was fortunate to also hit the market during sunny summer days where the house was drenched in sunlight!
