He gave us honest, considered advice the whole way through — including advice that wasn't necessarily in his favour. When he thought a particular approach or timing would serve us better, he told us straight, even if it meant a slower or less convenient path for him. That kind of honesty is rare and it built a huge amount of trust. He was never chasing a quick, easy sale. He worked hard to get us the best possible result and genuinely pushed for top dollar on our behalf. At one point he even encouraged us to hold firmer and aim higher than we might have on our own — putting our outcome ahead of simply closing the deal and moving on. It was clear throughout that he saw his job as getting the most for us, and he backed that up with real effort rather than just words.
