I had two opportunities trying to purchase a property from Deni. From my experience I believe Deni is a trustworthy agent. I believe he told me everything he knows about the property and he is very patient to answer all my questions. I didn't get the first property due to my hesitancy at the time. Then I bought the second one in the same building from Deni when I was travelling overseas after hunting in Queenstown property market for nearly 2 years. It was not convenient for me to make the payment of 10% deposit from overseas. Thank Deni for his Communicating and liaising with the owner to allow me paying the 10% deposit in split amounts and being able to pay a bit later. I believe I made the right decision this time. Leona was so good at communicating she made this a great experience for us such a nice person and so helpful we feel lucky we got her because other realtors didn't treat us very well and she couldn't have been nicer and also made it great getting to know her seriously we hope she will come to a housewarming when we have one because we couldn't have done this without all her help would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or buy Heidi and Ian Taylor
