Their experience came to the fore when they succeeded in getting our sale over the line at a point when the negotiations became tricky due to factors generated by the needs of multiple other parties who were part of a chain that needed to come together. We always felt they understood our needs well while also appreciating the true potential of our property from the start. During the extended period of time the house was under a conditional offer, they continued to market the property. The last property we sold was over 30 years ago and, consequently, we were somewhat unprepared for the complexities involved in selling a house.
