Liz took an early and long-term interest in the property when we were working out when to put it on the market. Very good communicator at all times, with the setting up of a WhatsApp group for us both to be updated continuously. Helpful advice with getting the property ready for market and staging it.

Liz was great to deal with. She has professional experience working with the elderly and was very patient with my Dad. She was always available and happy to help. A great agent. Thank you Liz.

Liz worked really hard, she knows the market, and came up with a very effective marketing strategy and presentation recommendations. Plus she is a great communicator, a positive energetic presence I found very encouraging. Very happy to have achieved a sale so smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend Liz!

Alexia and her daughter are the best team you could have on your side. Very vibrant and energetic with buckets of experience and the skills you want to help you on this journey and to get your home sold. They were both fabulous with my tenants, outlining the best strategy & option for the market, area & style of home. And they were soo organised and really got things done. Very collaborative too. They both went over and above. Wouldn't hesitate to work with both Alexia & Danielle again.

Danielle led me through the process with commitment and professional presence. She was always responsive to me and the prospective purchasers with queries and information. She presented the property with consideration of best angles/aspects, and with respect for private property, eg always ensuring viewers took shoes off inside the house, and precious items were in no danger. Together, we achieved a quick and favourable sale.

Professionalism and strong market knowledge was key for us along with the ability to leverage off the full Tommy's sales team.
