Lorraine helped the reviewer sell this property

Great choice of Agent

On the recommendation of a friend, we engaged Lorraine to sell our apartment and it was a great choice. She understood the market and the economic conditions in play at the time but had a good idea as to whom our apartment would appeal and the best way to market it. She also understood the value of the selling points of our unique location. She brought an excellent home staging team and photographer on board for the advertising campaign. After receiving the initial buy offer, Lorraine devoted considerable time and effort to ensuring we got the best deal possible. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lorraine and the Bayleys as the optimal selling team.
