Meleanie was relaxed, approachable, reliable right from day one, I was recommended to call her through a friend who is selling some of his property, and am so very glad I did. She went out of her way to be helpful and thorough with all that needed to be done. My mother's house being sold was in Wainuiomata and I live in Hamilton, there were many bits and pieces to be sorted before and for the open homes and she always jumped right in with great advice and help. As we have never sold a house before, we were unprepared for the worry and unsettlement that goes with selling your loved property. Thought there would have been more contact and follow ups from the agents over the open home periods etc we believe communication was lacking through this process.
