We were very impressed with the way this property sale was handled from start to finish. Terry quickly identified the right target buyers and developed a smart, affordable marketing campaign that worked exceptionally well, particularly through strong and effective social media promotion. Communication was clear and efficient throughout, without unnecessary over-contact. What could have been a difficult and problematic property to sell was managed professionally and strategically. Terry and Gio remained focused, realistic and proactive at every stage, and their negotiation skills ultimately achieved a successful outcome for us. We appreciated their honesty, market knowledge and ability to stay calm and solution-focused during challenges. Highly recommended.

Terry and Gio were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, friendly and went out of their way to help us through a reasonably complex and stressful purchase. I highly recommend hiring them for your property sale.

I was new to the area and had to find a property fairly quickly. Terry was knowledgeable about the area and helped find a property in a place that would best suit us for school and work. He made the experience seem easy and hassle free, nothing was too much trouble and he was always available and approachable when I had a question. Very happy in my new home, Thanks for your help Terry and Gio.

Nicola's communication throughout our sale process was second to none. Her passion and enthusiasm along with her down-to-earth approach makes her a great choice for selling your property. Bronnie and I have bought and sold a number of properties over the years and our experience with Nicola has been one of our best yet.

Nicola worked very hard to reflect my position to her vendors to get to a point where we could get to an agreement. She was understanding and professional at all times.
