Chris was great. We felt very taken care of as first-time buyers. Any questions were answered with compassion, professionalism, and in a timely fashion. Chris strikes a perfect balance between a personal and professional approach, which in our experience is rare in the industry. I primarily worked with Richard, despite working for the vendor he was very proactive in seeing how he could help me along the process, actively went back to the vendor with questions and overall, made the process easier and less stressful. Both Richard and Abbey were prompt when it came to setting up home visits and in responding to any queries or messages I sent them.

We really appreciated the advice and service we received throughout the whole sale process. Although the final result was a little less than we had expected, the quick sale with no conditions meant we could move forward with confidence with our retirement plans.
