Kale and Rachel were incredibly responsive and when something needed doing, they were onto it! Communications were great and when something came up - it was dealt with immediately which is incredibly helpful when you're dealing with more than one seller. Kale's advice around getting someone in to help with staging was invaluable, and when we needed something done he went the extra mile and turned things around quick smart which meant we weren't left wondering or stressing.
