We worked with Tracey recently who was acting for the vendors of a property we were purchasing. We were the buyers, and although Tracey was acting for the vendors, she was so helpful to us as first home buyers! Her communication was exceptional and so was her knowledge base. Even when Tracey couldn't be there to meet us at the property at times, her team was also great. We appreciated that even following settlement, once the sale was completed, Tracey was still helping us out and communicating with us regarding some post-settlement issues. We had a great experience with her and I would highly recommend her to anyone doing property transactions, selling or buying.

Direct approach , regular communication via phone and email, almost daily. Had to put in a lot of extra effort to deal with a difficult/ dishonest vendor that didnt disclose a few serious items that have since come to light, but the agent managed to get us the house on a verry short turn around/settlement, at a good price for the area, where another agent didn't come close.
