Advised us in a way that worked for us, there’s been many agents we’ve worked with in the past while looking who pushed and didn’t communicate well, only seemed to want to get a sale but we couldn’t rate Danielle and Alexia high enough. They also assisted us with a lawyer who checked the title urgency and guided on price for comparable properties in the area. Very glad we got them who made our journey on buying our first home so much better and easier than we had expected.

In retrospect, we should have applied for a LIM report before we put the house on the market, as there was an outstanding old consent issue that slowed down the sales process.
