Absolute superstar!

I cannot speak highly enough of Merrin! She went above and beyond helping facilitate the purchase of our new commercial premises during which was a pretty tough negotiation with a lot of back and forth between myself and the vendor. If you want a real estate agent that works hard, gets the result an is honest and upfront then you should look no further. 5 stars eeeeeasy!

Got the job done efficiently and without any dramas

We chose Sandra to sell my mothers' house in Karitane after meeting several agents in the area. She listened to what we wanted and had a no-nonsense approach, which we appreciated. We live 7 hours drive away so really needed someone we could trust to not only sell it but also keep us informed on what was going on. Little things like watering the plants to keep it well-presented went a long way. Within a couple of weeks it was under contract and there were no hiccups in the process. We were very pleased with the result and would totally recommend Sandra.
