When multiple offers came in within days of the house being marketed a plan was decided so to make the most of the situation we were in. Offers were improved upon and these were a record for the street. Lawrence listened to our wish to continue the existing open home to see where the market sat. This satisfied me that the offers were good and I felt more reassured it was the right move to accept an offer. Lawrence answered my questions and followed my lead in terms of staging the house and keeping it secure during the marketing process.
