Working with Sue was fantastic throughout our home-buying process. Sue was very friendly, incredibly communicative, promptly answered calls, texts, and emails, keeping us informed about every development. A smooth process from start to finish and we highly recommend her. Thank you, Sue, being part of this journey of us getting our dream home!

I listed my mum's property with Sue Stewart when mum needed to go into a care home, Sue was very respectful of mums wishes and kept her fully informed and explained every aspect in detail. Her presentation of the home was outstanding and marketed perfectly. Because of the situation, I didn't want to list property till mum had secured a spot in a care home yet wanted a quick sale. Sue listed the property immediately after being given the go ahead; within days she had presented offers, all were well above GV, the one accepted was above our expectations and above any "price estimate" bands.

Sue put us on the path to success with her advice on how to present our home. With her guidance we staged each room so as to give the property maximum impact in the photos, the video and actual physical viewings. Sue's advice on the state of the market and her ability to engage with potential purchasers were also decisive factors. We heartily recommend her.
