I listed my mum's property with Sue Stewart when mum needed to go into a care home, Sue was very respectful of mums wishes and kept her fully informed and explained every aspect in detail. Her presentation of the home was outstanding and marketed perfectly. Because of the situation, I didn't want to list property till mum had secured a spot in a care home yet wanted a quick sale. Sue listed the property immediately after being given the go ahead; within days she had presented offers, all were well above GV, the one accepted was above our expectations and above any "price estimate" bands.
