Marisha has sold 2 homes for us, she is very dedicated and stays in touch from start to finish. She is always available and returns calls in a timely manner.

Very professional and experienced. Prompt communication, good market knowledge and Marisha was very helpful as we were out of town owners.

Marisha was great, friendly, very straight forward through out the process, done her job well. She knows how to sell, cause we’re loving our beautiful home now. Thanks Marisha🌺

Nev helped us purchase our very first home. We’re a couple in our mid-late 20’s wanting to start our life. When we first visited the property Nev was accommodating from the minute he got out of his car. Very friendly and easy to talk to (we sometimes forgot he was working!). We could tell from the very beginning that the property needed some TLC and Nev was very open about the condition of it. Throughout the whole process of putting our offer in and signing the paperwork Nev always kept us up to date with what was going on behind the scenes. He always responded to any questions we had no matter what time it was. Out of all the Real Estate Agents we’ve dealt with throughout the process of looking for our first home, Nev was by far the best one we worked with. We can’t recommend Nev enough, and would gladly use his services again in the future.

Nev has done an outstanding job. I am an absentee vendor and a former real estate professional for many years - I know a good agent when I work with one! Not only did Nev do what I would expect from an Agent, and did so very competently, he also organized people to tidy up the house and grounds at the beginning of our journey, ( both significant jobs) used his own connections to organize tradesmen on two seperate occasions and even water blasted the deck and driveway and cut the lawns himself. I have never known an agent to offer service at this level before! This was a difficult house to sell in a difficult market and Nev brought me the separate offers, all within a few dollars of each other, so I am confident he got me a fair market price for a house badly in need of TLC. And all this for a very realistic fee! I have no hesitation in recommending Nev Muldrock to you in the highest possible terms, he is a very professional and highly skilled Agent in all aspects of his profession. Thank you very much Nev.

As a first home buyer who was definitely learning the ropes as u went, Neville was awesome. He has excellent communication and was very straight up. At times it was like getting advice from my Dad - it felt very reassuring ave very genuine. He proactively helped smooth the couple of hiccups we ran into during our due diligence which was awesome. Would 100% use again.
