Purchasing first home

Nev helped us purchase our very first home. We’re a couple in our mid-late 20’s wanting to start our life. When we first visited the property Nev was accommodating from the minute he got out of his car. Very friendly and easy to talk to (we sometimes forgot he was working!). We could tell from the very beginning that the property needed some TLC and Nev was very open about the condition of it. Throughout the whole process of putting our offer in and signing the paperwork Nev always kept us up to date with what was going on behind the scenes. He always responded to any questions we had no matter what time it was. Out of all the Real Estate Agents we’ve dealt with throughout the process of looking for our first home, Nev was by far the best one we worked with. We can’t recommend Nev enough, and would gladly use his services again in the future.
