From my very first phone call to most recent dealings, Luana was the perfect person to help us get the house sold! I (Johnny's wife Hermien) couldn't have done the job of project-managing the sale of our house with anyone who was in any way distant and not willing to be human with me or Johnny. I got immediate phone calls back in Australia before I arrived in NZ. We set up Whatsapp to be able to deal with it all internationally and as a group. It was her enthusiasm that made me choose her above any other agent. She was keen to get the job done and help us in any way possible. There was no stand-off uppity behaviour which would've made it too hard for me to be real and human with her. We had a true, yet very professional friend in her through our difficult (for us) process of letting go of a beloved long-term home. I didn't have to worry about anything. I could phone or text about even the slightest query and get almost immediate responses. Luana came across professional and knowledgeable and listened well. All questions were answered. Whenever we needed more help or input, she'd see to it, from broken glass repairs, to pump fix ups to assuring organising Salvo's if we both had to leave the country. We especially appreciated her input when we had an offer we wanted to accept, but needed to talk through with her. Its almost like she helped us find the perfect family for our house! She got us the price she suggested and we were very happy with that!

Very responsive extremely helpful with how to make the first few steps of making an offer and other we tips involved with the whole process that no one else mentions.
