4 real estate agents in Charlton, Southland

We had some huge challenges with our move. Mostly caused by others & Fiona kept checking in, at all hours. She went above & beyond many times over! We highly recommend Fiona. Attention to detail, thoughtful, kind & such a great attitude. Even checking in 3 months later to make sure all was ok! Has become a face we can trust & one we respect immensely.

Good communication from start to finish; good ideas and options around marketing; did what she said she would do when she said it. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

I put my property on the market at a time of rapidly changing conditions and Fiona was instrumental in negotiating these circumstances. She offered sound advice regarding a marketing strategy and was in constant communication of developments. Her manner is both friendly and professional. I am extremely grateful that Fiona was able to sell my property in a saturated market and I would recommend her highly to others considering a choice of agents.
