Flexible - once the timing of the open home didn't work and he was happy to work around us and change the day. My Mother had had a bad fall and the sale was extremely emotional for her and Angus got that. His communication was excellent and prompt. I have to say, that its the best real estate experience I have had and I have bought and sold a few properties now.As I said, best so far!
