Our purchase wasn't as straight forward as we would have liked but it wouldn't have happened at all had it not been for efforts Nick put in! A deceased estate with old neighborly disputes which required Nick to be the middle man between at least three parties on any particular day. Nick did his utmost best to keep in the loop with evening that was thrown at him even after hours or when he was in different parts of the country trying to have a break. The good thing about Amy is she looks after you whether you are seller or buyer and is very honest.
