Tanya was a friendly, helpful agent who was confident in her dealings with us (retired couple). She was easily accessible and managed to accommodate our visits even at short notice. We had been recently disappointed when a purchase fell through in Queenstown and so it was important for us that there should be no misunderstandings right from the beginning of the process. Tanya displayed good knowledge about the property. Both she and the vendors were very open and honest about the house. She was an effective link between us and the vendors and answered our numerous questions and queries promptly and with good grace.
