Our property had been on the market for 5 months without a sale prior to Team van Lienan getting involved. John & Michelle gave us real confidence that they saw what was special about our property, and how to present it to the market. With a clear vision and strategy agreed the photos and video were done with some small tweaks to some rooms, and complete layout changes in other rooms. John, Michelle, and Kristen were moving the furniture, doing the heavy lifting, and we were very impressed.
