Bruce and Dale did a fantastic job advising us on how to market our property. We decided to undertake a light renovation which started whilst we were taking an overseas holiday in Europe. Dale was incredibly helpful in sourcing contacts for the various aspects of the work which included building work and painting the interior and exterior. The marketing by Bruce and Dale was spot on and we sold our property quickly. It went on the market in late November and it was sold in early January. We couldn’t have asked for more. We would recommend Bruce and Dale without hesitation.

Examples of efficiency: 1. I texted her in the evening, asking if she would be interested in selling my property. At 10 am, she turned up with her colleague Mark, and they explained everything to me from the beginning to the end of the sale. 2. Any question I had later on, she responded immediately or with minimal waiting time. 3. Regular weekly updates or immediate updates in case something was important. 4. In case the buyer wanted something to be done on the property, she and Mark would do it if they could; they would organise someone to do it and would monitor that it has been done up to the required standards.

Working with Loretta was a breath of fresh air. In an industry where it’s common for agents to over-promise on price just to get a listing, Loretta chose total honesty. She was realistic about the market and where things stood from day one. That level of transparency is exactly what you need when making big decisions. If you want an agent who tells it like it is and manages expectations with integrity, I couldn’t recommend Loretta and Mark enough.

From the outset, Mark and Loretta assisted every step of the way. Prepping the home for sale, communicating all the way through, getting our sale over the line. We were so impressed with their work ethic, enthusiasm and knowledge. The Auckland real estate market is a tough one at the moment and Alan personified the saying "When the going gets tough, the tough get going." He went above and beyond, even helping with some touch ups to present the property at its best.
