Bruce and Dale did a fantastic job advising us on how to market our property. We decided to undertake a light renovation which started whilst we were taking an overseas holiday in Europe. Dale was incredibly helpful in sourcing contacts for the various aspects of the work which included building work and painting the interior and exterior. The marketing by Bruce and Dale was spot on and we sold our property quickly. It went on the market in late November and it was sold in early January. We couldn’t have asked for more.
