Kathryn did a great job in making our recent house purchase as smooth and easy as possible. From our first viewing of the property at the show home, to the (multiple) viewings after that, Kathryn was always keen to find a way to make sure we had enough information and knowledge to be able to proceed with the purchase. On auction day and beyond Kathryn was able to assist us in what was our first house purchase in New Zealand with clear concise advice right the way through to settlement. We would highly recommend using Kathryn for your next sale or purchase, as would we, although I don't foresee us going through the whole moving experience again any time soon!!

Our agent helped us purchase a property and sell our investment/rental at the same time. She provided us with everything we needed to get a win on both fronts. She was always easy to reach out to and was happy to accommodate our requests and queries. If you're looking at your options to sell or need someone who can advise you on potential development opportunities, she should be your first point of contact. We are really happy with our result.
