I had the pleasure of working with Coy Zhao on the sale of my property, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the whole experience. From start to finish, he was professional, proactive, and fully committed to achieving the best possible outcome for me as a homeowner. Communication was always timely and clear — every update, market feedback, and potential buyer’s response was shared promptly, which gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. Coy Zhao also demonstrated excellent negotiation skills and worked tirelessly to secure a very good price for my property. What impressed me most was the way he managed the relationship with my tenants. With patience and respect, Coy Zhao ensured smooth coordination of open homes and viewings, which made the whole selling journey stress-free and efficient. Thanks to his dedication, professionalism, and expertise, the entire process from listing to final sale was seamless and successful. I am truly grateful for Coy Zhao’s hard work and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate agent.

From the first time I contacted Coy to the moment I successfully purchased my ideal home, it was exactly two months. Due to my work schedule, I could only view properties one day a week, but Coy was always accommodating and flexible with my availability. His professionalism is beyond question—after just a brief conversation, he clearly understood what kind of home I was looking for and quickly found one that met my expectations. Coy guided me with his extensive knowledge and experience, making the home-buying journey smooth and stress-free. I’m truly grateful for his help and would sincerely recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.

We recently sold our rental property with the help of Coy Zhao, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better agent. He took care of everything – from staging and talking with the neighbors, to finding someone to tidy the garden, and even sweeping up the leaves before each open home. In such a slow market, he worked so hard to chase every possible buyer. Coy is not only professional, but also genuinely cares about his clients. We’re really grateful and would happily recommend him to anyone.
