Johnny was the real estate agent who assisted in the sale of a property in Wattle Downs in mid-2025, throughout a complicated sale. I am based outside of New Zealand without access to the property and there was a significant amount of renovation work required to bring the property to sale. On auction day Johnny had me live on phone so I could listen in to the proceedings, and kept me updated throughout the auction proper, bidding, and final negotiations.
