I decided not to sell then but when things picked up again I had a similar experience with a number of agents and decided to go with Eden. She was so collaborative on the sale and took the time to hear about my thoughts on the area and what would be appealing about the home. We had a great result and I really valued the professionalism but also felt like we were in it together. She was also very patient with me while we negotiated the sale price. I really can’t recommend Eden enough and it was really refreshing to spend time with an agent who was as committed to making sure I didn’t have a stressful sale as actually getting the sale!
