I've recently had the pleasure of dealing with Dutch van Geuns, in my opinion the ultimate real estate professional and team player. Dutch listed my house in a difficult market, after several others had tried and failed to produce any meaningful results. While Dutch has a lot of experience he doesn't keep that to himself and puts a lot of time into exploring the angles and keeping his approach fresh. He is fully committed to his vendor and to leveraging the inclusive Barfoot's sales system. While my home sale was completed by Dutch in association with another agent, he never once deviated from getting me the best deal, irrespective of who produced the buyer. Dutch had several offers and a back up offer in place within weeks and the deal was concluded to everyone's satisfaction. I can't recommend him highly enough to anyone looking for a top agent who uses all of his network resources for the benefit of the vendor.

I have known Dutch van Guens since about five years ago when we were initially considering selling our house in Glenfield and he did an appraisal for us. So last year when I decided at last to sell I was always going to get him and Barfoot and Thompson involved. Over a long few months while the house was prepared for sale Dutch was very attentive to the needs of a really elderly lady in selling it and was a great support in helping arrange the open homes for that lead to a successful sale. He visited many times to report progress and I found he had a very pleasant manner and was kind and caring.
