But I went to the auction anyway, just wishing I could have gotten the house I wanted that was up for auction. After the house I wanted didn’t go at auction bc everyone else who wanted it was also conditional so also couldn’t go for it at auction, Logan, on the spot, helped me put together an offer that would be conditional. He did a great job of talking me through the process and the long form of the offer, and it turned out I was the highest bidder so I sort of won the right to get the house, on conditions.Then there was an agonising period of waiting for my house to sell, which it eventually did, so I’m about to move into the house of my dreams. I’m really glad Logan was there that day.
