Very good to deal with Logan

There was a house I really wanted but I couldn’t offer on it at its auction bc my offer would be conditional on the sale of my house. But I went to the auction anyway, just wishing I could have gotten the house I wanted that was up for auction. After the house I wanted didn’t go at auction bc everyone else who wanted it was also conditional so also couldn’t go for it at auction, Logan, on the spot, helped me put together an offer that would be conditional. He did a great job of talking me through the process and the long form of the offer, and it turned out I was the highest bidder so I sort of won the right to get the house, on conditions.Then there was an agonising period of waiting for my house to sell, which it eventually did, so I’m about to move into the house of my dreams. I’m really glad Logan was there that day.

As first time home buyers, we felt incredibly lucky that Logan was the seller's real estate agent for the home we wanted to buy. Unlike other seller's agents, Logan was honest, trustworthy, friendly and above all else communicative - exactly what you need as an anxious first time buyer! We'd had previous experience with seller's agents where we'd been messed around and lied to, so working with Logan felt like a breath of fresh air. And whilst in our particular situation, Logan was working for the Seller, he really took care of us and our interests, understood any concerns we had regarding due diligence of the property and worked really hard with the Seller and advocated for us. He got things organised and made sure everything was taken care of before settlement. He is such a great down to earth and trustworthy guy.
