Martyn negotiated very well with the purchaser to get a good price for us in a difficult market. His online marketing was good, easy to talk to. Perhaps slow in advising us our initial hopes were unrealistic, but with more than one owner and an unrealistic GV that is understandable. It took 3 years to sell.

Communication with Martyn was timely, professional, to the point and absolutely accurate. He is knowledgeable of all aspects of the business of real estate. His style is collaborative and friendly, and from our result here, he has very good negotiation skills. Fully recommended.
