This is the second time I have had Urszula and Hayley sell a house for me. Both times they have been very knowledgeable and very supportive. They helped me get the house ready for market - they have lots of contacts to help you get your place ready. They are easy to talk to, friendly, and open, throughout the process. It took a lot longer than we all anticipated and they were just great. They worked tirelessly with holding open homes and there was always some interest. Always open to my views and ideas. They have a great knowledge of the area, and a big bonus is they both live in the area so know all pros and cons. Would happily recommend them to sell your property- they get the job done and do it so nicely. They have been a pleasure to work with.

We recently purchased a property with Haley as the selling agent. We cannot fault the whole proceess. The building report highlighted an issue that needed to be resolved and her communication required between us and the vendor meant she was certainly kept busy. We would happily recommended her and, if the need arises in the future would have hesitation in using Haley as our agent.

Nicole was great! We wanted to find somewhere to buy in the short 3 days we were looking in Rolleston for our move south from Wellington. Nicole showed us several properties and seemed genuinely interested in helping us. She wasnt pushy and took on our feedback about what we liked and what not so much. We couldn't believe the property we found was within our price range and when we said we wanted to make an offer on the place Nicole talked us through the contract and kept us updated on where things were at with the vendor.
