Real estate teams in Kennedys Bush, Canterbury

Great marketing knowledge.

Very responsive. Nakita (who we dealt with most of the time) answered all our questions and helped us with every step. Both Nakita and Nicola were very professional yet casual and easy to have a chat with about anything we needed. As buyers they helped us navigate what price brackets and even helped to recommend lawyers and loan agents which was even more helpful. Over all a really great experience. If we ever have to sell and purchase again we hope to go through these two

Very proactive with information and communication. Provided ongoing support even after the sale was complete which was very appreciated. If/when we sell in Christchurch we wouldn’t hesitate to list with Nicola.
