Both Simon and Sam were amazing for my elderly parents, and myself, the daughter. Professional, caring, great communication. They got it sold and we will all miss our contact with them.

Simon kept us up to date with potential buyers, and liaised with us regularly with weekly reports. He appears laid back but actually works very hard to get the required result. Simon has an in depth knowledge of the market including knowledge of all sales in the area. At all times Simon was very professional to us the vendors.

Emma was recommended to us by a former client of hers. I found her extremely good at keeping us well informed and up to date with what was happening with our property and very proactive at trying to find a purchaser for our property rather than just waiting for them to approach her. I have worked in various admin roles in Real Estate for the past 20 yrs and although I was initially going to go with one of those companies I had worked for, I was easily persuaded to give Emma a chance after meeting her and hearing what she could offer us to market our property alongside her professional but down to earth manner in which dealt with us.
